The fastest correction reports include enough detail for us to reproduce the issue without guessing.

What DataCost Cannot Do
DataCost cannot access your SIM account, reverse a charge, cancel a subscription directly, or confirm a private personalised offer on your behalf. For account-specific billing, contact your mobile network and keep screenshots, timestamps, SMS confirmations, and balance records.
We can use those details to improve public guides, but operator support remains the correct route for private account action.
